CloudTran™
Persistence in the Cloud.  CloudTran looks set to overcome the major obstacles in using the Cloud for commercial purposes, namely the control and retention of data. Cloud-based computing has proved successful in scaling processor loads for calculations but has been less convincing on maintaining database records.  CloudTran addresses this and additionally should reduce reliance and cost of large database systems.
