planning activity spans a week during which a comprehensive report
is assembled to indicate the readiness of the organisation for MDA.
The consultants will draw on their experience both outside and within
the MDA process to make recommendations and warn of potential pitfalls. |

activity is based on MDA best practices and also draws on insight
drawn from the previous week of reviewing the technical and organisational
readiness of the organisation. It includes planning the practical
session, evaluating which tools will be appropriate for the client
and also comes up with a definite agenda - including targets set during
conversations with the project management teams regarding the expected
outcome and success criteria. These reports can be prepared offsite
to reduce disruption to customer activities. |
